A refurbishment on a 4 bedroom house in Foxrock, Dublin. Elements included internally insulating walls, new attic build including bathroom, movement of internal walls and other renovation items.

This refurbishment project consisted of: 1, Changing the existing conservatory to more modern version. 2, Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining area. 3, Demolishing the rear wall and building a new one wall 4 ft out.
